Having achieved an exceptionally successful 2019 – happy clients, substantial billings, robust profits – they are keen to fuel further growth by appointing a Business Development Manager. This new and exciting role will suit a motivated and ambitious new business executive ready for a step up; or a capable but hungry BDM in search of a more fruitful challenge.
With your track record in sales/business development, you’ll be able to demonstrate the sales process – i.e. turning a prospect into a client and developing the account. It is NOT essential for you to have previous marketing or design agency experience, but some knowledge of the various marketing solutions – e.g. print, advertising, branding, web, events etc.- will be enormously helpful.
The role is a varied one - Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Project Management. You’ll work with the commercial team, sourcing, driving and closing the pipeline of new business opportunities, managing & developing accounts and overseeing the creative projects & requests made by your clients. You’ll also have the full support of a talented team of designers, programmers and project managers.
The rewards include a starting basic of around £30,000 (more for the right experience) and a healthy commission & bonus package. The offices and studio are located on the Surrey/South West London Borders a short drive from London Heathrow airport.
