The Head of paid search leads the PPC team, defining and safeguarding the product and service delivery, developing PPC strategies and PPC revenues and profitability, and is a senior client contact.
You and your team will work with colleagues and clients to develop a best-in-class PPC proposition, delivering against client objectives. You’ll promote PPC strategies that add value for clients, that are industry leading and continually evolving to capitalize on opportunities for revenue generation. You will develop client proposals that go above and beyond the brief, challenging appropriately and including innovation.
As a part of the leadership team, you’ll be leading by positive example, motivating and developing your team’s skills reinforcing the agency’s values of inquisitiveness, active collaboration, and accountability in everything they do. And you’ll work to develop your own management and leadership skills, and your wider marketing skills especially where that could support the development of PPC effectiveness.
Working with HR, you’ll be actively involved in recruiting new team members, and supporting each team member in their development through effective delivery of appraisals of performance and training plans.
